is a joint venture with Hong Kong, which dealing mainly in pure
silk printing. The total capital is RMB 60 million, its annual
production capacity is 10 million meters for printing material,
its annual sale income is RMB 50 million.
At the beginning of 1990s, the company introduced the international
advance equipments from Switzerland, Italy, Germany etc, 16
sets of flat tint printing machine, cylinder tint printing,
steamer, stenter, etc, and forms a complete production line
in the pure silk , artificial silk, chemical fibre dyeing and
stentering.In the former printmaking equipments, it introduced
the continuous pat&sunning machine, one-off sensitization
machine, high-frequency developing machine , camera, and the
advanced computer-scanning color separation design system from
Switzerland, and they provide a satisfying hardware condition
for today¡¯s printing requirement in fineness, high difficulties,
short run and cycle.
The company produces mainly various pure silk, artificial silk,
face cloth, necktie and pure silk artwork. They are sold to
America, Europe, Japan, Brazil, Hong Kong and other countries
and regions.In the recent years, its technicians have developed
the new crafts and arts in the quarter color printing , super-soft
coating print, etc, and achieved the good effect. The super-soft
coating print has received the provincial appraisal. |
