Hangzhou Wensli Sand Wash Factory is a joint venture established in 1992.In 1996,it became the first company which certified by ISO9002 International Quality Standard Certificate in Hangzhou silk garment industry.

    The company has 500 stands of sewing machines imported from Japan. Its annual production is over 1 million pieces for various pure silk garments. Over 98% of the products are exported. At the end of 1999, its all-year sale income reached RMB 59.4012 million, its profits reached RMB 2.5529 million. Its debt is zero for the bank. In 1998, it was authorized as "National First Level Enterprise" by National Industry &Commerce Bureau.
